Ordered these 3-14 arrived 4-2 so the estimate delivery time is Accurate! the color is very vibrant, the Bears are very soft, had a smell like a relaxer but I sprayed lysol on them twice an let them aired Out. the bottom is soft an inside has a little cushion but not much. Also I Walked around in the with & Without Socks &The Slide all the way down off my heel. I got the biggest size they had an still could have gotten bigger. all in all they're ok! didn't communicate with seller because I kept track of my package.

I LOVE these slippers. Just as described. I was nervous because some people said the bottom was thin, they must have improved on that because my bottoms are pretty thick, I go outside and feel nothing. I ordered March 2th and they got here April 13th and I live in the US so prepare for some wait time. I will be ordering more colors of course.
